Directions

The Twenty-Eighth Annual Chicago Sprints Regatta will be held at the Lincoln Park Boat Club boathouse on the Lincoln Park Lagoon, located at 2341 N Cannon Drive, Chicago IL, 60614, near Fullerton Avenue and Lake Shore Drive.

Parking

Parking in the Lincoln Park Lagoon parking lot is a private concession run by the Lincoln Park Zoo. Parking fees are collected at the exit of the lot.  No trucks or cars may remain on the grass in the trailer area.  Trucks must be detached and may be parked either in stalls in the zoo lot, or outside of the zoo lot entirely if you choose to save money on parking fees.

A parking fee may be charged for trailers in addition to this fee. We urge you to come to the park early in the day. We want everyone to drop off their equipment and race their events in a relaxed and unhurried manner. Please leave plenty of time to negotiate traffic and arrive early.

Lodging

The Chicago Sprints Regatta is proud to have the Days Inn Chicago as one of our Supporting Sponsors. This hotel offers excelent accomodations and is within walking distance of the regatta site.

There is also a large concentration of hotels along Michigan Avenue (zip code 60611). The regatta site can be accessed from these hotels by cab, or a short 10 minute bus ride (visit the Chicago Transit Authority for more information on bus schedules and routes)
