Men's Sweep Rowing Team
The Season has begun!
Come out and join us!

The Lincoln Park Boat Club Men's Rowing Team is a Chicago-based, volunteer-run
squad providing opportunities for both competitive and recreational oarsmen. We have a
great mix of guys, an excellent coach and experienced coxswains. Our team includes
rowers from a wide range of backgrounds, some with national and international level
competitive experience in collegiate and masters rowing, others with as little as one
season of rowing under their belt.
We compete in several Midwest regattas in the summer and fall, with a particular focus
on head racing. The past three years have culminated in top 8 finishes (among 50-75
entrants) in the Club 8+ at the Head of the Charles, with competitive entries in the Club
4+ and Grand Masters events.
Prospective team members are welcome to join us for a few practices before officially
joining. Please contact Steve Neumann at 312-498-8971 to schedule a time to come by.
New oarsmen are welcome to take advantage of our Learn to Row classes.
