Novice / Recreational Team

Experienced rowers or graduates of Learn to Row Sweep Classes, are invited to join our Novice/Recreational Sweep Rowing team.  This coached co-ed team will practice from August 12th through early October which coincides with the fall competitive rowing season. The main focus of this program is instruction and training for competitive rowing, with the goal of participating in novice competitions in early October.

PRACTICE TIMES:

Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm
Saturdays 11am-1pm

Fees:

Fees for the Novice / Recreational Team are $125

Membership in Lincoln Park Boat Club is also required for the Novice/Recreational team. As a club member, you will have daily access to rowing machines, kayaks and other club resources.

Experienced rowers wishing for a more competitive atmosphere may be interested in the Men's or Women's competitive sweep rowing teams.
